Natural Home Remedies to Lower Fever

There are various teas that can help lower a fever naturally.

Basil Tea - In a cup of boiling water, pour 2 tablespoons dried basil and let stand for 15 minutes. Drink tea.

Birch Tea - A cup of this tea will make you sweat.

The ginger – Peel ginger and cut into thin sliced. Place in a saucepan and add boiling water. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Strain and drink the tea. This natural remedy is not recommended for very high fevers.

Tea bay - Put a few bay leaves to boil in a cup of water. Strain and drink. It’s a trick to reduce fever practiced by the Indians.
