Natural Home Remedies for Diarrhea

Diarrhea occurs when the person eats a food and large intestine does not remove excess water. Then the water is removed by giving the body in the form of diarrhea. The most important thing when there is a case of diarrhea to prevent dehydration and to prevent it from getting worse.

Electrolyte drink: Beat 1 / 2 teaspoon salt, four teaspoons of sugar and some orange juice, lemon or salt in a liter of water. You can also use sports drinks.

Fenugreek: Half a teaspoon of fenugreek seeds with water three times a day is a very effective remedy to stop diarrhea.

BAMP Diet: It means you should eat bananas, rice, boiled apples, and toast. These foods will alleviate the symptoms.

Chinese treatment: Crush two cloves of garlic without the skin and add two teaspoons of brown sugar. Boil 3 / 4 cup water and drink two or three times a day.
